Registration Options and Payment Plans

* — As long as we are able to process your monthly payment each month, your enrollment is active. If your card is declined, your course access is revoked immediately until payment can be processed.

** — For the security of our content, students will not be allowed access to the final portion of the course (marketing) until the full course fee has been paid and the other sections completed. Students have the option to change their payment plan and/or pay off their plan early to gain access to the final section earlier.

The below Legal Terminology is an Add-On for $200.  If purchased separately from the rest of the course, the cost is $400.

We do not offer open registration for The Successful Professional Scopist.  When you complete the Section 6 Final Exam, if you have paid for the SPS section, you will be sent a password that will give you access to that unit.

Abbreviated Course Versions

We offer special course versions for nonCATalyst users (who wish to use a different software), notereaders (all sections minus notereading), folks who are already proficient in medical terminology (all sections minus MT), and folks who are already proficient in punctuation (all sections minus punctuation).

Test-Outs Available:

Click the links below to register for each test-out. You must register for each test-out individually.  You are allowed one time only  to attempt testing out of a unit.  Let us know that you are planning a test-out attempt, and we will help you choose the appropriate time in your training to take the test.  If you do not score 85% or better on the exam, you will then need to register for that section.  When you have completed the unit, you will take the final exam.  Your $50 fee will apply to the cost of taking the section.  You may also choose to register for the full scoping course.
